Senior Project: Day 12


 Today we had a bit of a sleep in and met up at 10. We did a workout on the turf strip because the times that the gym was open didn't fit up with our schedule. We stretched for about a half our (we were very sore) and then did our workout. We did a bunch of circuits which was sooo tiring and took a lot out of us. We did 30 seconds of exercising with a 10 minute break, 5 times. And then we would change the exercises and do it again, and then change the exercises and do it one more time. After this we did a lot of core and more stretching and foam rolling. We brainstormed what the perfect smoothie would be for what we were in the mood for. Then it hit us, a chai smoothie would be perfect. We added a premade vanilla chai protein drink to the blender with vanilla protein powder, bananas and ice, and it was so good. We then realized that it needed something more so we added spinach which tasted the same but just made it green.
