Reflection: Week 2

This week felt like a great week in terms of achieving our goals. We set a goal to make more smoothies which we definitely did. We came prepared with ingredients, did a lot of trial and error, and eventually make really good smoothies. For now, we have 3 smoothies that we really loved that will have a place in our recipe book. We are going into next week with some inspiration for our smoothies.

Another goal we had was to switch things up and have more fun with working out, which we defiantly did. Constantly being in the gym was getting a little boring so we switched it up and spent a lot of time outside which was definitely needed. The highlight of my week was the 3am hike we did to watch a really pretty sunset. Although I had to leave my house at 2:15, it was so worth it to see the sunrise and get a good hike in because I really like hiking. This also caused a bit of a problem because since we only got about 3 hours of sleep, we all were really tired for the rest of the week and never really got the chance to recover. This was just something we had to push through but I think that we still did really well even with the lack of sleep.

Looking ahead to next week, we plan to use Monday and Tuesday to re-max to see how much progress we have made over the past 2 weeks. When we first maxed 2 weeks ago, there was a bit of error with how we did it so now we know the correct way to max which will make our lives a lot easier and hopefully help us become successful with our goals. I think that after a hard 2 weeks of working out, we will be able to achieve the goals that we set our to achieve.  We also plan to finish the smoothie book and create 2 more really good smoothies to put in it.

We now have 47 hours so if we use our time efficiently we will definatly have to time finish senior project, I am very excited to see if we will be able to achieve our goals and so see how the smoothies will turn out!
